EIM (Executive Interim Management) was founded to meet the need in client organisations for experienced leaders at short notice to facilitate and accelerate change.
The firm was founded in 1988 as a joint venture between leading executive search firm Egon Zehnder International and the Dutch Consulting Group Boer and Croon who pioneered our unique concept of interim management more than thirty years ago.
Today, we are an independent global partnership backed by the experience of over 10,000 assignments worldwide.
EIM Australia was formed in 1991 and has completed over 700 senior assignments.
EIM puts experienced interim executives in place to lead change. Our EIM interim managers assume various responsibilities, including CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, HRD and other senior leadership appointments within one week. These individuals are prepared to replace or supplement your existing management team, working seamlessly across national borders if required.
