Our client is a leading supplier in the industrial sector, ranked number one globally. The business has over 5000 employees globally and operates in over 58 countries. Australia is one of the top 10 largest markets for the group and currently turns over $600 million with 500 employees nationally. Globally, our client embarked on a cultural change program to align the business for future growth and success. Our client had also acquired several businesses and, in 2019, made a sizable investment.
Our client commenced its cultural change journey which required significant investment in time and people over the both short and medium term. They identified a significant gap in their product and marketing strategy. The group needed a stronger profile to drive the profitable development and marketing of the company's products and services. The group had never had a senior individual driving this part of the business before and they required an experienced individual to maximise profitability.
