Ryan Lewis

Experience: Ryan is an Executive Director of Executive Interim Management (EIM), a firm that provides clients with senior executives on an interim basis to meet a wide range of business challenges.

Ryan works closely with CEOs, Business Owners, Chair’s and Non-Executive Directors on sourcing senior interim executives. Ryan has successfully delivered CEO, CFO and CIO level assignments across SME, private equity, multinational, sovereign wealth funds and ASX listed businesses providing senior leadership and talent solutions for his client partners.

Throughout his career, Ryan has regularly advised C-Suite executives and Boards across strategic and operational human resource issues including executive reward compensation, employment contracts, management development,
succession planning, talent acquisition and retention.

Ryan began his career in the executive recruitment industry in Melbourne with a UK publicly listed recruitment organisation where he was promoted across numerous countries over 15 years. Ryan holds a number of board positions and commenced his career as a lawyer.

Ryan lives on a farm in the Yarra Valley with his wife and family and passes the time spending as much time as possible with friends and family through travel, sport, wine and food.

Education: Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Law from LaTrobe University and a Master of Law from the University of Washington.
