Prior to joining EIM, Zara was Head of People and Culture at Bastion Brands, where she led the firm’s people strategy, organisational development, and talent programs across the Asia-Pacific region. Her focus was on building high-performing teams and fostering a culture that supported creativity, collaboration, and business growth.
Earlier in her career, Zara held a leadership role with Korn Ferry International, where she partnered with top-tier clients to identify and appoint senior executives across a range of industries. Known for her strategic insight and relationship-driven approach, Zara has a strong track record of connecting high-calibre talent with transformative leadership opportunities.
